Jorge, English student from Spain
I studied at LTC for 5 weeks. When I came my English was very bad, but now I can speak and write so much better. My teacher, Mark, was a very nice teacher and he helped me a lot!
Anna, English student from Venezuela
My name is Anna and I am from Venezuela. I studied English at LTC for three months and my English has really improved. At LTC, I was able to meet a lot of students from all over the world and learn about their different cultures and customs. The teachers were always helpful, friendly and available. I would recommend LTC to anyone who would like to learn English!
Abdulrahman, English student from Saudi Arabia
Cape Town is very different from my first expectations. It is a beautiful city and very cosmopolitan. I have really enjoyed myself and I have met lovely people. Never will I forget my journey with LTC in Cape Town!
Felizardo, English student from Angola
Learning English at LTC was a unique experience for me. There are good teachers and great reception by those who work there. I learned a lot; not only academically but socially, as well. I hope to return to LTC one day, as I miss everyone!
Davi, Afrikaans on-line student from Central-Brazil
I study Afrikaans on-line at LTC. Today I had my first exam. I’ve scored 63% of the questions right, but it felt like 100%. The entertaining course and the great teacher Ryan boost my enthusiasm to raise up against the challenge of learning a new language from a place where nobody else speaks it. One could miss classmates when doing on-line courses, but the familiar atmosphere, which I see as a trade-mark for LTC, makes me anxious for the next class.
Now, with a little more homework, my next goal is to improve scores to 80%. The learning experience could not be better anyway.
Nelson, English student from Angola
Life teaches continuously so you have to be ready to accept it. In the last 3 months, I accepted a new challenge to improve my English skills, but with LTC I did more than that! I was able to experience a new culture, dealing with people from all over the world. I was also happily surprised by this one side of Africa, I didn’t know. It was really amazing and I want to thank everyone I met on this journey. I will keep this LTC experience with me for the rest of my life!
Sabine, English student from Germany
I spent two weeks for education leave at LTC school in Cape Town to improve my English. LTC is a very good school with engaged staff and teachers, who made interesting lessons and were helpful in every situation. We had an exciting time together with a lot of fun! Thanks to all of you for the great time!
Alain, English student from DRC
After my six weeks Intensive General English Course, I have decided to tackle a mission in an English environment and I can tell you that I am having a good time, due to all that I have learned with LTC. I am in a place that will, definitely, help me improve more my speaking fluency as I promised. My special thanks to you, Marc, Lauren and Nicole Kafka for being part of my success.
Deona, Mandarin student from Cape Town
I’ve truly had an excellent teacher who had the patience and gift to teach a difficult learner such as myself. I am totally committed to Wô Láo Shì and will continue with your school and Wô on an on going basis for the medium and long term future.
Marien, English student from Congo
My favourite class was Business English, because not only did we learn a lot about business communication, but we also had interesting debates in class. Sharing and defending opinions is a good way to improve your English! I was pleasantly surprised to see that eight is the maximum number of students per class. I think that this is a good thing, because the atmosphere is convivial but you are also able to have individual attention from the teacher.
